I hope Br. Ursus hasn't gone into total Hibernation just yet and will be growling from the side lines.

you haven't seen them ! - and, in any event, surely the Oscott team will be wearing their cassocks too ?
What I want to know is whether fr Mark is going to pass on - in true Dominican style - the fruits of his long contemplation of a certain North London club to his Brethren, and give them a little of the Professor's magic ?
By "skirts" i presume our friend Francisco means our religious habits. I can confirm that, surprisingly enough, we will be playing in normal football gear.
I shall be starting a Novena of the Dominican Litany on Wednesday 18th for you all - and if the Seminarians of Oscott have read the post for 29 October, that may give them something to worry about !
For the benefit of those of us in the States, you need a "friar cam" for this event! I think you ought to stream live.
