A true friend and a true gentleman, We have shared many laughs, jokes and tears over the last 20 years. You have always been considered one of the family and will be greatly missed by me and all the boys at the Barras.
Looks like I will have to learn to fix the watches myself now!
"Blessed Jordan, worthy successor of St Dominic, in the early days of the Order, your example and zeal prompted many men and women to follow Christ in the white habit of Our Holy Father. As patron of Dominican vocations, continue to stimulate talented and devoted men and women to consecrate their lives to God. Through your intercession, lead to the Order of Preachers generous and sacrificing persons, willing to give themselves fervently to the apostolate of Truth. Help them to prepare themselves to be worthy of the grace of a Dominican vocation. Inspire their hearts to become learned of God, that with firm determination they might aspire to be 'champions of the Faith and true lights of the world'. Amen."

He will be in my prayers, as will all you his brethren but especially the community in Edinburgh.
May God comfort you who mourn.
Prayers from Jerusalem.
He was a very joyful man that brought much warmth & laughter to Edinburgh's CSU having driven them on many retreats.
His presence will be greatly missed in the student common room where he'd chat with people while fixing, testing & mocking the electrical appliances.
He was a legend: one of the most approachable, friendly and supportive people you could wish to meet.
He was always willing to give his time to help those in need.
He will be very sadly missed.
I will pray for him too. He was born the same year as I was, and professed the same year as I became a Catholic. God rest his soul.
He will be in ma prayers coz he is my uncle john and a miss him :(
