"Blessed Jordan, worthy successor of St Dominic, in the early days of the Order, your example and zeal prompted many men and women to follow Christ in the white habit of Our Holy Father. As patron of Dominican vocations, continue to stimulate talented and devoted men and women to consecrate their lives to God. Through your intercession, lead to the Order of Preachers generous and sacrificing persons, willing to give themselves fervently to the apostolate of Truth. Help them to prepare themselves to be worthy of the grace of a Dominican vocation. Inspire their hearts to become learned of God, that with firm determination they might aspire to be 'champions of the Faith and true lights of the world'. Amen."

Thanks, I have very much enjoyed this series of commentaries on the creed - also, the recent article on sacramentals. Many thanks for this work. I hope you will consider posting some Advent sermons - I thought last year's were great. Dave
Thanks for this comment, David. We will be posting a reflection for each day of Advent as we did last year. If there are other things you would like to see on godzdogz let us know.
Brilliant commentary and of much use while teaching general RE to Catholic 6th Form. Excellent Credo to finish. As someone who knows no Latin, th pictures were invaluable - although many of the words make sense I can only put together the whole creed with the help of those visual learning aids. Makes me feel quite the medieval pilgrim! Well done all! A job well done.
Well done! Really, there is another thing I would love to see in Godzdogz: When you will be posting a dominican mass?
